For two-screw handles, centre-to-centre or CTC measurement means the distance between the centres of the two fixing holes. Overall length may be different from the CTC measurement.
For knobs and T-bar handles, the displayed size generally refers to the overall product size unless stated otherwise.

Quality Assurance
Every Brass Essence product is inspected before dispatch for material, finish and overall condition.
Eligible products include a 1-Year Warranty from the original invoice date against manufacturing defects in the brass component and abnormal peeling, blistering, flaking or failure of the applied finish under normal indoor use.
The warranty does not guarantee that the original colour, shade, gloss or appearance will remain unchanged. It does not cover physical damage, breakage, scratches, dents, incorrect installation, misuse, water, wet or damp cloths, chemicals or cleaning agents, excessive moisture, normal wear and tear, or natural oxidation, tarnishing and patina of brass.
Proof of purchase and claim verification are required. Brass Essence may request photographs, videos or physical inspection of the affected product before approving a claim. Warranty registration does not automatically confirm claim eligibility.
