It does not cover physical damage, breakage, scratches, dents, incorrect installation, misuse, water, wet or damp cloths, chemicals or cleaning agents, excessive moisture, normal wear and tear, or natural oxidation, tarnishing and patina of brass.
Proof of purchase and claim verification are required. Brass Essence may request photographs, videos or physical inspection of the affected product before approving a claim. Warranty registration does not automatically confirm claim eligibility.
