Sample Order Terms

• Minimum sample order value: ₹6,000
• Maximum quantity: 10 pieces
• Samples are allowed only once per customer
• Samples must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Please Note

• Sample orders are meant for evaluation purposes only.
• Repeat sample requests will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Any damaged, used, or incomplete sample items may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed only after inspection of the returned samples.

For Bangalore Customers

• We do not provide sample deliveries within Bangalore.
• Customers in Bangalore are requested to visit our studio or schedule a site visit to experience our products in person.
